I frequently treat anxiety and depression and take a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and internal family systems (IFS) approach. Additional areas of specialization are LGBTQIA+ affirming care, ADHD management, burn out, low self esteem, life transitions, and relationships.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Boston University, and received additional training and experience at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, as a pre-doctoral intern.
